Duran Duran Tribute Band to play Portsmouth public show

Duran Duran Experience

DURAN2, the eighties tribute band to Duran Duran, will be returning to The Cellars on Friday 23 May for a hit-filled evening of classic songs from the last thirty years.

As the majority of the band's performances are private bookings, either for private parties or corporate clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to see the band play at one of the south coast's most famous and intimate venues, The Cellars in Eastney.

The Cellars reputation for hosting some of the biggest music stars on one of the smallest stages is unprecedented with the likes of Nik Kershaw, Paul Young, Alabama 3, Glenn Tilbrook, Wilko Johnson, Mumford and Sons to name just a few.

DURAN2, the most authentic sounding tribute to Duran Duran, will be playing a 90 minute set featuring not only some of Duran Duran's greatest hits, including Rio, Girls On Film, The Reflex and Hungry Like The Wolf, but also other hidden gems such as My Own Way and The Chauffeur.

Tickets are available direct from The Cellars website, priced just £5 in advance or £6 on the door.

Support is provided by the superb Three Sultan Sheiks.
