80s Tribute Band plays all the hits in the 80s

Duran Duran Experience

DURAN2, the 80s tribute band to Duran Duran, played all the hits in 80 degree sunshine to a packed Southsea Bandstand last Sunday.

Over 4,000 Portsmouth music lovers enjoyed a stunning summer afternoon's entertainment at the iconic Southsea Bandstand as The Duran Duran Tribute Band played all the band's classic hits from the 80s, such as Hungry Like The Wolf, Is There Something I Should Know, Union Of The Snake and Careless Memories, as well as modern classics such as Ordinary World, Reach Up For The Sunrise and All You Need Is Now.

The band was joined on stage by their regular saxophonist Dean Elson to help recreate the authentic sound of the original band.

But the highlight of the show was the closing medley of Wild Boys, Girls On Film and Rio which saw the entire 4,000 strong audience singing along with the band.
